Here's an interesting one:

This GD composition appeared as a track on a studio album, and every live performance (listed in either setlists.net or db.etree.org) has appeared on a commercial release.

FWIW, "every" refers to a number greater than one.

It's a composition by one or more members of the band.

It appeared as a track on a studio album.

It was performed more than once in concert.

Every live performance has been included in a commercial (official) release (i.e., live album, DP, From the Vault, etc.).

Comprende? If not, could you give me some idea where I'm unclear?

We have a winner! 8-13-75 appeared on One From The Vault and 10-31-80 appeared on the second CD of the remastered Reckoning. Great job!

I wasn't thinking of that one. SetLists gives the following three live performances. I don't think they have all been released commercially, but I may be wrong:

08/30/78- Red Rocks Amphitheater - Morrison, CO
10/17/78- Winterland Arena - San Francisco, CA
11/20/78- Cleveland Music Hall - Cleveland, OH
